The Customer Service Representative Associate provides frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level role involves handling customer calls, emails, and chats, while following company policies and procedures to deliver timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (internships or part-time roles accepted).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product and service questions, billing issues, and order processing.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
