About The Position

Primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and closing client service tickets. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers' primary point of contact within the company. Routine use of computers and phones, Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Routine customer notification on testing status, Routine coordination of incoming testing, Maintain accurate client files and accounts, Monitor status of testing for completion.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred prior sample management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Very strong organizational skills.
• General familiarity with overall laboratory services and various regulatory programs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Satisfactory technical skills, including logical thinking and deductive reasoning.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under medium stress levels.
• Organized thinking process and multitasking ability.
• Ability to retain large amounts of information.

Responsibilities
