Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones and directing persons and/or telephone calls to the appropriate branch, department or person.
  • Receiving and delivering messages verbally and/or in writing.
  • Scheduling estimates, inspections, setting up new services and callbacks.
  • Resolving Customer Service issues.
  • Processing and responding to customer emails.
  • Providing administrative support to the department as needed including processing mail and other marketing materials.
  • Developing positive working relationships between the Customer Service Center, Corporate, and Branch personnel.
  • Participating in the development of new programs, the training of new employees, and the continuing education of current employees as requested by Customer Service Center Leadership.
  • Full participation in team meetings and training programs.
  • Working modified shifts including evening and weekends as needed.
  • Compiling data.
  • Operating computers, telephones, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers, printers, and any other equipment used to effect the efficient, timely operation of the Customer Service Center Department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must live within a reasonable commute driving distance of our corporate office located at 555 N. Guild Avenue, Lodi, CA 95240 and have the ability to drive to the location as needed.
