The Customer Service Representative position is a hybrid role based in Franklin, WI, requiring three days on-site and two days of remote work. In this role, you will deliver a personalized and remarkable experience for our clients by answering their questions, providing servicing options, and assisting them with their products or services in a call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become proficient at resolving inquiries and transactions from Financial Representatives and clients on basic and intermediate (semi-complex) level calls and transactions, which requires a basic understanding of risk products. You will be responsible for resolving routine problems by following defined standard processes and evaluating solutions. Taking responsibility for the client experience is crucial; you will connect with clients and see things from their perspective, ensuring their needs are met. You will handle phone and transactional responsibilities while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards. Building and fostering professional relationships with our clients is essential to enhance brand loyalty. You will exhibit a consistent and appropriate style and customer-focused approach to a variety of customers and situations, using available resources to effectively and accurately complete routine cases.
