About The Position

Aspirus At Home in Wausau, WI is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team! The Customer Service Representative uses superior customer service skills to respond to call inquiries, promote organization's products and services, and make outbound calls. Uses professional and independent judgment based on established protocols and program and service scripts. Maintains proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs and events, promotions, and physician and service referrals provided by the call center. Please note, this is not a remote role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years' experience in customer service, administrative, sales or communication related field in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrates good listening skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Secondary education in health related field.
  • Clinical environment experience.
