About The Position

Blue Dot Services has been serving its customers throughout Maryland for over 40 years! It has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions. We are seeking a few incredible people to join our Call Center Team that is known to set the standard for customer support and quality assurance. Customer Service Representatives can expect year-round work as we service multiple trades with multiple busy seasons. This is an in office position.

Requirements

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency.
• Experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to the office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Participate in paid orientation and training.
• Utilize Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Work assigned shifts and weekend rotation if required.
