About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for West Coast Ambulance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families, as well as coordinating and scheduling ambulance services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare industry preferred
  • ETC license

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Coordinating and scheduling ambulance and non-emergent transportation services for patients
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information and services provided
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Performing other duties as assigned
