About The Position

Forward Bank seeks an outgoing, service-oriented individual for a full time Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative is the front-line face of the company, providing exceptional service to our banking customers and assisting them with various financial transactions. This position will work at both the Three Lakes location, and our St. Germain location based on staffing and coverage needs.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with superior customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling
• Good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel software applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
