Our team collaborates to provide aid and comfort to pets and their families when unforeseen medical conditions arise. Our facility boasts human-grade MRI, CT, a blood banking program, an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, Ezyvet, and VetRadar. About You: The ideal candidate for this role has previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in vet medicine is highly preferred. This person has a very established skillset and navigates all communication, including conflict, professionally and courteously. This is an invaluable position to serve the staff using creative problem-solving, upholding our gold standard of patient care, and continuing to foster a culture of teamwork. Anticipated Schedule: This is a full-time position. Shift: 10/12-hour shifts to help support the needs of the hospital. Some weekends and holidays are required. On-call rotation required.
