About The Position

We’re expanding fast and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Event Promotions ! No experience is required — if you’re outgoing, reliable, and ready to start a career, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, entry-level role with immediate start, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the company. You’ll represent well-known brands, engage with customers at live events, and gain valuable experience in customer service and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be local and available for immediate start
  • Positive, upbeat, and energetic personality
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
  • No prior experience is necessary — we provide full training

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or events is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional activations
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products or programs
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and encourage participation in promotions
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
  • Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle large crowds
  • Support the overall success of promotional campaigns
