We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at Elevation Appliance and Fireplace.   • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customers.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Comfortable using computer systems for data management and communication.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
  • Dispatching experience of 1 year (Preferred).
