Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for: Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments Maintain & update customer records based on interactions Process invoice payments Provide information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position Additional duties as assigned.   • Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required
  • Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers

  • Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
  • Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
