Customer Service Representative/Dispatch

All City Plumbing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our award-winning team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is crucial as we service a wide area including Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and parts of Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, as our center operates seven days a week, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including some weekends. The pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, typically between 50 to 100 requests daily. Your primary focus will be to identify plumbing issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring that customer needs are met with the utmost satisfaction. You will need to qualify calls, prioritize service requests, and dispatch the appropriate technician to each job. This position requires a tech-savvy individual who can navigate various communication tools and applications effectively. In addition to answering calls, you will also handle customer and technician complaints, providing timely solutions and following up to ensure resolution. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and processing accounts is essential. You will be expected to adhere to company scripts and booking procedures while continuously learning about plumbing services and the skill sets of our technicians. A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage time efficiently while meeting sales targets and call handling quotas.
