About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Enterprise Mobility will provide exceptional customer service primarily at the Denver International Airport location. This role involves assisting both internal and external customers with their rental needs, offering administrative support, and acting as a rental back-up. The position requires face-to-face interaction with customers and aims to enhance their experience while supporting the branch's operations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working late evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing information and resolutions for customers and vendors.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone to assess their rental needs.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
  • Assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return and process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Market the company while safely picking up and dropping off customers, assisting them as needed.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, and other additional equipment as needed.
  • Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, including research and billing support, accounts receivables, and processing customer billing.
