For more information on the company, please visit our website: https://www.expeditors.com/careers Position Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:30 PM Major Duties and Responsibilities A Brokerage CSR will be expected to ensure timely and accurate operations while providing exceptional customer service within the Brokerage Department. Ensure a smooth and timely customs process flow for all customs related activities Daily execution of workflow and department metrics Transfer declaration information from commercial documents, or other sources into our customs entry system Accurate and timely data entry to allow for the build of a complete US Customs declaration Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers and government organizations Ensure compliance to regulations at all times, both internal and external Track and Trace shipments for valid data transmission to US customs and Partner Government Agencies Understand customer expectation to ensure all the elements of the SOP and KPI’s are met Identify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Effectively manage and organize emails for timely follow up
