About The Position

Quality Irrigation is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Omaha team. In this role, you will provide customer support by phone, email, and chat while also supporting daily office operations. This position includes responsibility for handling more complex customer inquiries, managing service requests, and supporting customer satisfaction. Experience with ServiceTitan and irrigation knowledge are a plus. This is an in-office role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (home services preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in phone handling, email correspondence, and basic computer systems
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Ability to manage challenging customer conversations professionally
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with invoicing and payment accuracy
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer issues in a firm but courteous manner
  • Manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize ServiceTitan for customer management and service coordination
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional, helpful tone
  • Assist with general administrative support tasks as needed
  • Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Review completed work orders to ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Collect and process customer payments
  • Support accounts receivable by following up on past-due balances as needed
  • Maintain accurate notes, payment records, and customer documentation
