Atlas Credit is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
English required; Spanish bilingual preferred
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Strong phone etiquette, communication, and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred (financial services a plus)
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Build strong, sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing appropriate solutions
Provide accurate, complete information using approved systems and tools
Enter loan applications and maintain customer documentation
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
Assist with collection activities to minimize delinquency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Handle office cash with accuracy and proper security
Support office growth through outreach and marketing efforts
Follow all company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers
