About The Position

Position is in-office located in Augusta, Maine. Schedule: Sunday 10a - 5p Monday - Thursday 8a-5p. We are looking for someone with demonstrable customer centric attitude and professional demeanor. Must be proficient in MS Office suite Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
  • Processing orders & transactions.
  • Answering questions about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Support Sales in all aspects.
  • Provides information to other departments based on customer feedback.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
