Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical customer service roles.
• Preferably semiconductor or IP (intellectual property) industry experience.
• Competent knowledge of order flows for electronic components, ASICS, and IP on Oracle/NetSuite.
• Must have knowledge of managing order processes in Oracle/NetSuite.
• A strong team member, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.
• Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Processing orders, payments, and returns.
• Reviewing customer accounts and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Directing customers to appropriate departments or supervisors when needed.
