About The Position

No prior collections experience is required as proper training will be provided. This role involves daily communication with customers via phone, accepting payments, negotiating account resolutions, and accurately documenting all customer activity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has an upbeat demeanor, and enjoys working in an energetic team environment. Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and prior employment verification.
