About The Position

The Customer Service Representative - Collections role at AT&T is a hybrid position that combines in-center and remote work. This position is focused on providing exceptional customer service while managing collections and billing support. The representative will engage with customers to resolve billing issues, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while upholding AT&T's commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing support and perform collections management to recover past due account balances.
• Assist customers with sensitive billing situations and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Process payment transactions and bring delinquent accounts current.
• Handle a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T's products and services.
• Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, and technical support inquiries.
• Cross-train to address a broad range of customer service call types including collections, retention, and advanced technical support.
