Responsibilities

  • Preparing and delivering quotations to customers.
  • Taking sales orders via telephone from both repeat and new accounts.
  • Negotiating prices with customers to secure sales.
  • Following up with customers to build critical bonds and ensure satisfaction.
  • Telemarketing both warm and cold leads to obtain new business.
  • Providing pre and post sales services to enhance customer experience.
  • Creating and building relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Consistently following up with customers and accounts to generate repeat sales.
