About The Position
Maximus is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing face-to-face and telephonic enrollment and outreach services to New York Medicaid recipients. This position is onsite and works in an LDSS/HRA office in Buffalo, NY. The Customer Service Representative may also be deployed to work from home as determined by management and business needs.
