About The Position
Maximus is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative position. This position provides face-to-face and virtual/telephonic enrollment and outreach services to New York Medicaid recipients. This is an onsite position and works in a LDSS/HRA office in the Bronx, NY. The Customer Service Representative may also be deployed to work from home as determined by management and business needs.
