The Customer Service Representative - Bilingual role at RS Medical involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to products and services. The representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication in both English and Spanish.

  • Resolves concerns and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures.
  • Assists with placement of orders and exchanges.
  • Takes payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses, emails, and phone numbers.
  • Provides prompt, professional, attentive, empathetic, friendly, courteous, pleasant, and helpful service to all customers, internal and external.
  • Addresses product concerns and provides instructions on how to use the product.
  • Keeps reference materials current and organized.
  • Alerts Customer Service Management Team of any unique issues in regard to Account Managers, patients, products, etc.
  • Utilizes computer system to monitor call volumes to ensure adequate phone coverage.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Six-months previous call center experience or combination of relevant telephone experience and customer service.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers with strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
  • Works under moderate supervision.
  • Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of the job responsibility.
  • Ability to use automated information systems to analyze patient accounts.
  • Ability to communicate and convey information effectively.
  • Effective listening skills that give full attention to what other people say, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
  • Basic math and proficient reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to have a quiet workspace and flexibility to work in a home office, depending on company needs.
  • Organized, self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed.
