Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Preferred Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Our priority is to hire professional, caring customer service representatives who are committed to supporting our drivers and delivering excellent service to the communities we serve. Requirements

  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English + Spanish).
  • 2+ years of high‑volume customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, cancellations, or changes.
  • Accept and process customer payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
  • Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and provide safe, cost‑effective, environmentally sound solutions.
