  • Create emotional connections with members by understanding and engaging them fully.
  • Build trusting and caring relationships with members to understand their needs.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.
  • Review member claim history to track benefit maximums and coinsurance/deductible accurately.
  • Perform financial data maintenance as necessary.
  • Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with their contracts.
