About The Position
Cash Express, LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative/Assistant Manager to join our team in Ashland City, TN. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17, along with the opportunity to earn great monthly bonuses. At Cash Express, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for our clients. Our services include payday loans, check cashing, prepaid Visa cards, title loans, and flex loans. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays off and Sundays closed. In this role, you will be responsible for general office work, including filing, daily paperwork, and weekly store audits, while maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Customer service is our number one priority, and you will be tasked with verifying checks to cash, marketing our services to the community, and maintaining files. Additionally, you will be involved in collections and community outreach, ensuring that our services are well-known and accessible to those in need. We are looking for an ideal team member who is friendly, driven, and motivated. You should be a self-starter who can multitask and is eager to learn and grow within the company. Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a sense of urgency are essential for success in this role. An outgoing personality and strong organizational skills are a must, as well as open availability for scheduling and a willingness to work overtime as needed. No prior experience is required, as we invest in your training to help you build the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
