About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Your primary objective will be to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the fair and effective resolution of claims and complaints, all in alignment with consumer laws.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in call center or sales support with order entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in order entry and processing orders in an ERP system, with a preference for Oracle experience.
  • Ability to manage an email inbox.
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stress well.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Checking and validating pricing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service across sales, promotions, and installation processes.
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
  • Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.
  • Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.
  • Support outside sales representatives' requests.
  • Answer inbound calls from the phone queue, which is not heavy in volume.
  • Manage order entry processes.
