About The Position

Temp Customer Service Representative | Appt. Setter Our client is seeking a customer-focused service representative to act as a trusted point of contact, providing clear information and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent service and ensure consistently positive customer experiences. LOCATION : Portland, OR SALARY : $17-18/hr. Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
• Proven customer service experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and service standards
• Excellent communication, active listening, and phone etiquette skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to diverse customer needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms to accurately document interactions and manage follow-up tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing prompt, professional, and courteous service
• Identify customer needs, generate sales leads, and deliver accurate information using appropriate tools and resources
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution
• Handle complaints, meet service and performance targets, and maintain accurate records in compliance with procedures and policies
