As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers as a Truck Team member. Your role is vital in ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with us are positive. Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid Drivers License for 3 years
  • Able to lift 50 plus lbs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Provide information about our services and assist customers in scheduling appointments
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
  • Meet with customers in the field daily!!
