Your Opportunity: This Customer Service Representative was created to be the sole end-user support for advanced technology products within the AG department. This position is solely responsible for activating and renewing Tempus and Transpira products (cell data accounts) as well as support the product, websites and corresponding mobile apps for the AG end users and dealers. They will be responsible for customer feedback directly to product development, marketing and the liaison between the dealers and AG billing to ensure payment for the cell data being used by our products. They will also work directly with our third-party vendors (Solem and Treetoscope) to provide support for the AG products. Sponsorship: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment or any other visa , regardless of expiration date, now or in the future. Work Location: This opportunity is based out of Abilene, Texas. Candidates should prepare for 5-days on site.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least one (1) to three (3) years in a phone/headset, customer support environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in related industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Patient and empathetic attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Basic troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or service
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies

  • Competitive Salary – A reasonable pay range for this role is $18.00 - $18.50 per hour. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
