About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This part-time position requires working afternoons on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2 PM to 10 PM. The role involves greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, facilitating member services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assisting in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
