As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions. You will bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements, recognize and resolve documentation errors, and perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing. Additionally, you will process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution. The position requires walking and/or standing for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery.
