This position performs a customer service and Custodian of Records role in the administrative team of the Claims Division. This role completes various tasks related to maintaining and providing access to claims records. This may include, but not limited to, verifying and approving requests on the Industrial Commission of Arizona Community online Community portal. The State of Arizona strives for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust. Across our many agencies, boards, and commissions, many State employees participate in the State's Remote Work Program and are able to work remotely in their homes, in offices, and in hoteling spaces.
