About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or oil & gas industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to fulfill customer requests and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in processing customer claims, returns, and exchanges.
  • Providing Technical Support by troubleshooting basic issues related to products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate and distribute customer reports as required.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers, ensuring a high level of knowledge about company offerings.
  • Support invoicing and billing processes as needed.
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to team initiatives to enhance customer service operations.
