As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of POS system is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Consent to background check
  • Must be 16+ years of age to legally operate Pizza Ovens

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
