About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Lincare Inc., you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by working directly with medical professionals and physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for chronic patients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions will be essential as you work with existing patients to resolve any concerns they may have. Additionally, you will recommend potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs, contributing to the overall improvement of our service offerings. Training new customer service and sales personnel will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to share your knowledge and expertise with others in the organization.
