The Customer Service - Program Admin Rep at A G Specialty Foods is responsible for facilitating excellent customer relationships by processing orders, preparing necessary documentation, and communicating effectively with customers. This role requires strong proficiency in MS Excel and involves various administrative tasks to support Sales, Production, and Shipping operations within a rapidly growing food manufacturing environment.

  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and complaints.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in Net Suite.
  • Prepare production sheets, sort sheets, label sheets, and pick tickets for all customers.
  • Pull orders from the AG Specialty Foods portal.
  • Assist with menu and price changes as needed.
  • Understand and utilize Genesis and Label view software for label creation.
  • Print labels for production when necessary.
  • Make recipe changes as required.
  • Stay in communication with management and other departments.
  • Participate in cross-training for all customer service tasks.
  • Follow a rotating schedule with assigned daily or weekly tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in meeting deadlines and coordinating with other departments.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Net Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
