About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Team Pizzowski, a Domino's Franchise, you are the primary point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in creating positive experiences. This role involves providing excellent service, maintaining a fun and happy environment, and upholding the Domino's brand image. CSRs are responsible for ensuring store cleanliness and sanitation, preparing products, learning organizational and inventory skills, and utilizing advanced technology in the pizza industry. The position also emphasizes strong time management, multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving skills within a diverse work environment. Team Pizzowski, owned by Sophie Golembiowski who started as a CSR, focuses on providing excellent training, safety best practices, and fostering a culture that encourages team members' growth and dreams.

Requirements

  • You must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas).
  • Possess a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
  • Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
