Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Carrying: Large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray)
  • Pushing: Trays on dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds
  • Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder
  • Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist (pizza assembly station, front counter, stocking ingredients)
  • Crouching/Squatting: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
  • Reaching: Performed continuously; up, down and forward
  • Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination, continuous use of hands, frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists (shaping pizza dough), manipulating a pizza peel and rolling cutter, frequent and/or forceful pinching (assembly of cardboard pizza boxes), grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
