Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • delivering excellent customer service by taking orders in person and over the phone
  • handling customer concerns
  • processing payments accurately
  • Prepare food according to company standards, including pizza making, portion control, and maintaining food safety and hygiene
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and general cleaning duties to keep the store organized and efficient
  • Operate equipment, complete basic paperwork, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize strong communication, basic math, and computer skills to process orders and ensure accuracy
