About The Position

This position pays $17.13 per hour to per hour, plus tips. We have paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full-time employees will be offered employer sponsored medical benefits. Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data; make judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks.
  • Ability to walk short distances for short durations.
  • Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds).
  • Ability to push/pull dollies with trays (up to 7.5 pounds force).
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist continuously.
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, forward, above 72", down to scoop, forward for toppings/cleaning/phones).
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Continuous use of hands, frequently requiring one or both hands.
  • Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
  • Frequent and/or force of pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards (for driver or store management positions).
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery (for driver or store management positions).
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area (for driver or store management positions).
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product (for driver or store management positions).
  • Far vision and night vision for driving (for driver or store management positions).

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer (for driver or store management positions).
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers (for driver or store management positions).
