About The Position

Scherer Electric is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who's ready to break the mold. Based in Hamburg, NY, we're a family-owned company looking for a driven individual to join our team. Earn competitive pay of $18 - $23/hour and our generous benefits package ! As a Customer Service Rep, you'll manage calls and requests in an environment free from chaos, using clean systems and the best tools. Each day, you will communicate directly with customers, handle scheduling and service requests, and ensure the workflow runs smoothly for both clients and electricians. You'll work closely with owners who know your name and care about your future, while also having opportunities to sharpen your skills and grow professionally-not just sit through meetings.
