Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing and able to work all stations in-store.
Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision are needed for delivery personnel (stated for all positions).
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions throughout shifts.
Ability to perform most tasks from a standing position on ceramic tile, concrete, or linoleum, with work surfaces between 36" and 48".
Ability to walk frequently for short distances and durations, including travel between the store and customer vehicles.
Ability to sit for paperwork and driving to and from deliveries or meetings (delivery personnel).
Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds from the floor and stack onto shelves up to 72" high.
Ability to carry dough trays (approx. 12 pounds), cases of products (up to 25 pounds), prepped items, and cases of pizza sauce (30 pounds).
Ability to push/pull trays or products placed on dollies, or empty trays or trash cans, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks like changing air fresheners, cleaning walls, or performing maintenance.
Ability to navigate five or more flights of stairs during product delivery (delivery personnel).
Ability to bend, crouch, and squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Ability to perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking items.
Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward), including above 72" and down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
Essential eye-hand coordination.
Continuous use of hands during the day, frequently requiring use of one or both hands.
Ability to shape pizza dough, requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using different pizza cutters.
Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching for the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, the pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Work all stations in-store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in-store, and expediting orders from the cut table.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
