About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring all records are complete and accurate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and PC applications (Word/Excel).
  • Flexibility to work assigned schedule and adapt to business needs.
  • Team-oriented with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive collaboration with colleagues and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter customer orders by phone, making adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and high-quality service.
  • Share information about products, promotions, and ordering processes with customers.
  • Process a variety of documents including load plans, bills of lading, driver trip records, order adjustments, and product complaints.
  • Print and distribute customer order forms to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Maintain customer files and documentation to support service functions.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
