About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep. with Oracle NetSuite software knowledge. As a customer service representative your responsibility will be to provide high level customer support to maintain customer satisfaction. You will be the direct contact for all customer inquiries, order intakes, and customer concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Microsoft Office and Oracle Netsuite knowledge
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Friendly and Helpful demeanor
  • Flooring background
  • Clean criminal background and able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interacting with customers by phone, electronically or face to face
  • Process customer sales orders
  • Verify accuracy of sales orders/shipments daily
  • Respond promptly to customer sales inquiries
  • Build & Develop relationship with assigned customers
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Maintain and update records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Help "upsell" accessory items when possible
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Coordinate with the proper company personnel to provide timely and accurate information for customers
  • Answer phones, assist walk-ins, file paperwork, and additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to ensure optimal customer experience
  • Use and navigate multiple systems to communicate and maintain customer files (Oracle NetSuite is ERP system used)
