CSRs are responsible for fostering a fun and exciting environment, taking orders, maintaining store cleanliness and sanitation, preparing products, learning organizational and inventory skills, providing excellent customer service, managing time effectively, multi-tasking in a competitive environment, utilizing advanced technology, demonstrating personal style in a diverse workplace, and taking ownership in problem resolution.
