About The Position

The company motto is “Less Stress, More Success!” As a CMS Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the primary point of contact for customers, playing an essential role in creating positive experiences and making lives easier. Your professionalism and optimism are vital for creating a pleasant experience, as you are the face of Domino’s. CSRs are responsible for fostering a fun and exciting environment, taking orders, maintaining store cleanliness and sanitation, preparing products, learning organizational and inventory skills, providing excellent customer service, managing time effectively, multi-tasking in a competitive environment, utilizing advanced technology, demonstrating personal style in a diverse workplace, and taking ownership in problem resolution. This role offers the opportunity to join a leading pizza company, complete world-class training programs, work flexible hours, enjoy product discounts, and advance through CMS Management Courses, potentially leading to owning a Domino's store. It also provides a chance to develop team-building and problem-solving skills and contribute to the community through partnerships and donations. This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available if a CSR averages 30 or more hours per week during a designated 9-month measurement period.

Requirements

  • You must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas) and possess a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
  • Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

  • The ability to take ownership in resolving problems.
  • Operate all equipment inside the store.
