As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
