As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first impression of our company. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call. This is an in-office position — not remote — within a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focusd
- Proficiency in typing
- Accuracy and composure while handling multi-line phones
- Ability to report daily to the office (no remote option)
- Schedule flexibility
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls. Handling of over 150 calls per day.
- Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy
- Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism
- Manage multi-line phones and computers systems in a fast-paced environment
- Support team goals while hitting your daily KPIs while maintaining a customer-first mindset
